Andrew has over 20 years research experience, nine of them as Managing Director. Between 1996 and 2002 he was MD of B&MR and then from 2002-2005 he was European MD of Wirthlin Worldwide responsible for 100 staff across offices in Manchester, London and Brussels and a turnover of c£9m.

During his career, Andrew has always maintained an active participation in client problems. He has worked in a wide variety of markets both in the UK and overseas and has particular interests in a strategic approach to new product development, branding and customer satisfaction. Andrew has presented to research audiences in France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, US and of course the UK.

Andrew has given papers at the UK Market Research Society Annual Conference on six occasions. He also regularly undertakes training within the industry. He has led training on B2B research at the MRS five day residential “Summer School� since 2001 and also leads their three day residential “Essentials of Qualitative Research�.

The interview was carried out by Paul Hague, Managing Director of B2B International. Paul has been working in Market Research some 38 years, 34 of those years actually running Market Research agencies.
